1. To abide by the rules of ELFA, SAFA and the Constitution and Code of Conduct of Bonaero ’74 Amateur Football Club. The rules as well as the constitution and code of conduct will be put up on the notice board inside the club house for all to read. 2. That I am lawfully indebted to Bonaero ’74 Amateur Football Club for the annual membership fees. 3. That transfer to another Football Association or Club will only be granted after fulfilling all financial obligationsto Bonaero ’74 Amateur Football Club. 4. It is my responsibility as a parent/guardian to be sure that my child remains at the club or with the team until I or an authorized person picks them up or I have given permission to leave. 5. I give permission for the volunteer (prior arrangements) to transport my child if I am unable to drop off/pick up my child from any event involving their participation. I do not hold Bonaero ’74 Football Club or their volunteers responsible for any incidentsthat may occur during transportation. 6. That I or my child may be suspended from the club for any unsportsmanlike behaviour. 7. That my own or my child’s picture/video may be taken for the media and/or public relations and allow these pictures, to be used for media and/or public relations purposes. 8. That if an accident occurs, I will not hold Bonaero ’74 Football Club nor its members and staff, liable. I will take full responsibility for any medical needs my child or I personally may have due to an accident sustained whilst engaged in football activities. 9. That Bonaero ’74 Football Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. 10. That neither Bonaero ’74 Football Club nor its members and staff accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage that the person, or property of myself and / or family may sustain whilst engaged in any football activities and I waive any right that I and or my family may have to claim compensation against Bonaero ’74 Football Club or any of its members and staff in respect of any loss, damage or injury incurred whilst engaged in any football activity how so ever arising and whether as a result of negligence or otherwise and I indemnify them against all claims. 11. Red Card offenses will be fully paid by the guilty person/party. Bonaero 74 will not be liable for this payment.
